Prepaid Support (10 hrs remote & onsite)

Description

Prepaid IT support available in a 10 hour block package. This support package grants you full access to a local Australian company, you are guaranteed local support. Support is provided between 8:00am – 8:00pm during business days. Prepaid support block packages are valid for a full 12 months after purchase.

IT support blocks are used by our customers for:

• L1, L2 and L3 help desk queries.
• System support.
• O365 Administration.
• Security patching.
• Antivirus installation and updates.
• Server & website maintenance.
• Smart phone and tablet support.
• Email setup, support and configuration.
• Printer troubleshooting and support.
